Cummins has released a marine version of its X15 engine, targeting commercial marine applications with variable speed and fixed speed ratings from 450 to 600 HP.

Designed to withstand high hour, continuous duty operation with long life-to-overhaul, the X15 meets US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Tier 3 and International Maritime Organisation (IMO) Tier II emissions standards.

X15 is designed to withstand high hour, continuous duty operation and features Cummins’ XPI common rail fuel system for optimised fuel economy and low emissions.
